Healthcare Support Worker Level 2 and Senior Healthcare Support Worker Level 3
These are programmes specifically designed to help start and develop an individual’s clinical career. Written in conjunction with employers to ensure it meets the organisation’s needs. The programmes are equivalent to the following; level 2 is equivalent to 5 GCSEs and Level 3 is equivalent to 2 A levels. All individuals are supported to attain, if required, the right level of maths and English for a role in this profession at this level. Ideal progression qualifications to progress to e.g., Nursing Associate apprenticeship and in turn Registered Nurse apprenticeship. This is available for new to organisation or existing colleagues.
