Homecare pharmacy at UHL
We have a dedicated homecare team who work alongside your clinical team and external providers to deliver a high-quality service for the delivery of your specialist medication (plus any associated ancillaries and / or nurse requirements) to your specified address.
The team can be contacted on 0116 258 4476 / 4477 (between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday). Outside these hours, the on-call pharmacist can be contacted via switchboard (0300 303 1573). Please also read and retain any contact and medication information provided for you by the homecare provider and your clinical team.
