Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
We offer a confidential advice, support, and information service, and welcome feedback about our services. We recognise the value that comments, concerns, and compliments can provide to enhance the patient experience.
If you have a concern about yourself or a relative or friend in our care, we recommend that you raise your concerns first with the people who are directly providing the care. They will usually be best placed to help you and to put things right as soon as possible when they go wrong. If you want help with doing this, please contact PALS.
If you remain dissatisfied after you have raised your concerns, our friendly PALS team can advise you on the next steps.
Change or cancel an appointment
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you can do so by filling out our online form.

Opening hours: 8am until 4:45pm, Monday to Friday (closed on bank holidays).
Send an e-greeting card
If you have a loved one in hospital, send them a digital e-greeting card. Simply choose a design and fill out our secure form.
Our volunteers will do their best to deliver your message to your loved one electronically.
Media enquiries
Our communications team handles all external media relations on behalf of the Trust.
If you are a journalist or from a media organisation with a press enquiry or interview request, please email our press team. This inbox is monitored from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
Outside of office hours, we will only deal with urgent time-sensitive media enquiries.
