From April 2010, all providers of acute, mental health, learning disability and ambulance services have been required to produce a quality account.
A quality account is a report about the quality of services provided by an NHS healthcare service. The report is published annually by each NHS provider and available to the public.
The regulations state that quality accounts must be published by 30 June each year following the end of the reporting period. A copy is also sent to the Secretary of State.
A hard copy of our Quality Account is available upon request by contacting: [email protected]
