To ensure transparency and accountability all Board members and decision-making colleagues are required to declare any business interests, roles in charities or voluntary organisations related to health and social care, or positions in organisations that contract with the NHS.
This allows us to identify and manage any potential conflicts of interest in compliance with the latest NHS England guidance and our internal policies.
