Antonella Ghezzi is Assistant Chief Nurse for Research and Innovation at UHL. With over 23 years of experience in the NHS, she is a point of reference for health and care professionals with an interest in clinical and academic research. She holds a Master’s in Research Methods and Methodologies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Health and Social Care. Her main interests are in workforce development and wellbeing, improving patient care through digital transformation, and hepatology research.
