Our staff networks provide a space for colleagues to connect, share experiences, and drive positive change. Whether you want to find support, advocate for inclusivity, or meet like-minded colleagues, there’s a network for you.
Our networks include:

- Differently Abled Voices Network (including non-visible disabilities) – Open to colleagues with disabilities, including non-visible health conditions, providing advocacy, resources, and support.
- Gender Equality Network – Bringing together the Women’s Network, Men’s Forum and Medical Network to break down gender barriers, challenge bias, and create a more inclusive workplace.
- Internationally Educated Network – Supporting colleagues from ethnic minorities who trained outside the UK, offering a platform to share experiences, access resources, and build connections.
- LGBTQ+ Network – Supporting LGBTQ+ colleagues and ensuring LGBTQ+ patients and staff feel seen and supported.
- UHL REACH Network (Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage) – Advocating for colleagues from ethnic and cultural minorities by promoting wellbeing, engagement, and representation.
