Jack Johnson has been receiving treatment for cancer at UHL since early 2024. Although the journey has been challenging, with many highs and lows, Jack is determined to remain optimistic about the future.
During a visit to the Macmillan Support and Information Centre at the Leicester Royal Infirmary, Jack reflected on the power of hope and positivity, and offered words of encouragement for other people who are currently being treated for cancer.
The Macmillan Information and Support Centre is located on the ground floor of the Osborne building, and is here to help and support patients with cancer, family members, friends, carers, and colleagues. The centre is open from Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 4pm (excluding bank holidays). No appointment is needed, just pop in at a time that suits you.
Contact the centre by calling 0116 258 6189, or emailing [email protected].
