Dietitians are qualified and regulated health professionals who assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems. The title ‘dietitian’ can only be used by those appropriately trained professionals who are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
About this service
The diet and nutrition service consists of a dynamic team of over 70 dietitians, dietetic assistants and nutrition nurses working across our hospitals. We provide inpatient and outpatient services to adults and children with a vast variety of nutritional needs. We work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient-focused care for all our patients.
