Have an innovation idea, concept, or solution already in use that could improve patient care, staff experience, or service delivery? The Health Innovation Hub is here to support you.

We provide a single front door for innovation across Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and the wider region, supporting ideas across the full pathway from initial concept and development, through pilot and implementation, to scale and commercialisation where appropriate. This support is delivered in collaboration with our system and academic partners, ensuring access to the expertise, networks, and resources needed to develop and implement innovation effectively.

We welcome submissions from NHS staff across University Hospitals of Leicester and University Hospitals of Northamptonshire, primary care, academic organisations, and industry partners looking to develop and deliver innovation with us. We aim to respond within 3–5 working days, keeping you informed on next steps.
